A harness that passes the eye can still fail in service. Six tests gate every shipment at GAOXIAN TECH: 100% continuity and open-circuit detection, hi-pot dielectric withstand, pull-force on every crimp (sample to spec), crimp cross-section microscopy on first-offs, pull-to-destroy on a statistical sample, and a final visual check against a golden sample. Continuity catches wrong routing; hi-pot catches insulation pinholes; pull catches under-crimp; cross-section catches over-crimp. The golden-sample visual catches the defects no machine sees — a slightly unseated contact, a nicked jacket. Skip any one and the defect class it catches ships to your customer.
